order processing & delivery timelines

all our acrylic art is made to order. please allow 4–6 business days for processing before dispatch.

estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• metro cities – 2 to 5 business days
• other regions – 3 to 6 business days

note: during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen events, orders may take slightly longer.

shipping charges

shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
we occasionally offer free shipping on select products and promotions.

order tracking

a tracking link will be sent via email or sms once your order is shipped. please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

delivery issues

delayed beyond the estimated timeframe? contact us at havnshopin@gmail.com.

if your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local courier. havn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

address errors & failed deliveries

if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, a re-delivery fee will apply. orders returned to us due to address issues will be re-shipped once the customer covers the re-shipping cost.

damaged or missing items

if your item arrives damaged, reach out to shophavnin@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

please include an unboxing video and photos of the issue.

we’ll review and offer a replacement if eligible.
