ORDER TRACKING

DELIVERY ISSUES

If an order is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local courier service. Havn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
ADDRESS CHANGES & FAILED DELIVERIES
If an incorrect address is provided, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers must cover re-shipping costs.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos of the issue.
We will assess the claim and offer a replacement if applicable.
