Refund, Replacements and Cancellations.

at havn, we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience. we offer replacements in the following cases:

  1. damaged or defective product
  2. lost in transit
  3. wrong item received

important note:

to process any claims, we require an unboxing video of the sealed package as proof. this helps us investigate and resolve issues efficiently.

other important points

  • slight color variations due to screen brightness or resolution differences will not be eligible for return or replacement.
  • returns or exchanges will not be accepted for dislikes or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  • in case of disputes, havn may request customers to return the item for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund.
  • customized products are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • print quality for custom products depends on the image resolution provided during customization. we cannot guarantee high-definition prints.
  • cash on delivery (cod) orders are not eligible for refunds. if a manufacturing defect is verified, a free replacement will be provided.
  • if no issues are reported within 24 hours of delivery, the order will be considered successfully fulfilled.

shipping & address issues

  • if an address correction is requested after the shipment is in transit, a fee of ₹150 + gst will apply.
  • if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, full reshipping charges must be paid to receive it again.
  • if the order is refused at delivery or rescheduled more than twice, it will be returned to us, and full forward shipping charges will apply for redelivery.

replacement & refund conditions

  • items purchased during special offers are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • our couriers use an otp-based delivery system. customers must provide the otp only upon receiving the package.
  • if an otp is provided before physically receiving the package, havn cannot be held responsible. in such cases, the customer must raise a police complaint against the courier service.

refunds

  • if a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
  • refund processing may take up to 9 business days depending on your bank or credit card provider.

late or missing refunds

if you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. check your bank account again.
  2. contact your credit card provider, as refunds can take time to reflect.
  3. reach out to your bank for processing updates.

sale & promotional items

only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

cancellations

  • orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped.
  • if you cancel before processing, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and transaction costs.
